The "Collina degli Ulivi" is located in the nearest suburb of La Spezia at only few minutes far from the Rail Station and from city center.
If you choose to move with Bus, the stop is at 200 meters only.

The guesthouse is a beautifull cottage in the middle of a hill full of olive trees completely renovated in 2008.

During summer it's possible to stay in the terrace in front of the house and enjoy the wonderful view

With the renovation we recreated the comfort of a private house with his services able to satisfy even the most demanding person.

The external parking is located inside the estate and there are also available two covered places.

At only 100 mt you'll find a lovely typical restaurant.

At your choice we'll arrange an half board with the restaurant Negrao where taste the typical dishes of our territory.
